💄 Lipslay Store Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products and services offered by Lipslay, including beauty products, salon services, and partner appointments booked via the LIPSLAY App or www.lipslay.com.


🛍️ PRODUCT RETURNS (Cosmetics & Beauty Items)

Eligibility:

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In original packaging with all seals/tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, confirmation email, or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as:

    • Lip glosses, mascaras, brushes, eyelashes.

    • Skin care creams once seal is broken.

    • Any personalized or customized products.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer support: support@lipslay.com or WhatsApp +971562871241.

  2. Provide order details and photos (if damaged).

  3. Receive Return Authorization & instructions.

  4. Ship the product back (customer bears shipping if item is not damaged).

Refunds:

  • Issued within 7 working days after inspection.

  • Processed via original payment method (Card/Wallet/COD to Bank Transfer).


💇 SALON SERVICE REFUNDS (At-Home Beauty Services)

Eligible Refunds:

  • Full refund if service is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Partial refund (50%) if cancelled within 12–24 hours.

  • No refund if cancelled within 12 hours or after the beautician has arrived.

Unsatisfactory Service:

  • If the service quality is poor or incomplete, raise a complaint within 6 hours of completion via WhatsApp or email.

  • Provide before/after photos and details.

  • After internal review, eligible refunds or service rebooking may be offered.

Freelancer/Partner No-Show or Delay:

  • 100% refund will be issued if the partner doesn’t show up within 30 minutes of scheduled time without notice.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Lipslay holds the right to deny a refund or return if items or services do not meet the terms above.

  • Refunds may take additional time based on your bank/card issuer policies.

  • Lipslay is not responsible for delays due to shipping issues or incorrect address provided.
